  • WOW. Just WOW!
    I have had the worst luck with AC companies in the past. Between up-selling, overcharging or just plain lying, calling an AC tech is a nail biting experience for me.

    Now I know why Legacy Air gets the highest marks.

    I paid for the 2 x annual checkup. Richard came. Within 5 minutes he had assessed my problem in the most direct and honest way I had ever heard from this type of tech. My AC literally stopped working so I was prepared to pay quite a bit.

    An hour later, I am at work and I get a message that he left but with no bill remaining. I call my house expecting some ridiculous expense or that he had to leave to find some rare gold plated part. Nope, he found it to be a very minor issue that was resolved during the normal inspection.

    Amazing. He could have said almost anything and I would have paid to get my AC restarted.

    I've been using Legacy Air for two years for annual maintenance on my 26 year old heating and AC system  Their customer service has always been excellent, from office to technicians. Always on time and professional and they take the time to explain everything. I knew it was only a matter of time before I needed a replacement system and it finally quit on Labor Day.  Legacy Air sent a technician (turned out it was the owner!) first thing in the morning and worked quickly to get me set up for a new AC and heating system install. A day later to install. This is a fantastic company.

    Junior is my new best friend! He walked into a very hot, kind of angry household this morning due to the lack of service from another provider. Junior was INCREDIBLE! He was patient, kind and a natural educator. Junior figured out what the true issue was and had it fixed in time for me to go to work!!   • This is the third time I've used Legacy Air and I will 100% recommended them
    This is the third time I've used Legacy Air and I will 100% recommended them. Each time they've been out, the repair person, in this case it was Richard, has been courteous and thorough. First time was in 2016 and they repaired a loose wire. The tech could have sold a whole fan motor and I'd not have been the wiser. Instead it was a 70$ fix. Second time in 2017, it had a leak and the job was $350. This time it was a capacitor and another inexpensive fix. These guys are honest and not out to panic you or rip you off. They're obviously going for long term business by taking care of the customer. Make it easy on yourself and call them first.

  • I am glad I found this company and plan to use their services in the near future
    Now I fully understand why Legacy Air has such an impressive rating on Yelp. I need to replace an HVAC system and procured a list of approved contractors from NV Energy. I meticulously cross-referenced the list with Yelp reviews. Legacy Air easily led the pack with both the number of ratings and quality of ratings. First off, I was surprised that Legacy Air could respond so quickly considering I wasn't having the system installed until autumn since my AC is working just fine. Legacy Air sent Justin and he could not have been more professional, knowledgable and accommodating. Justin did a thorough assessment and wrote up a comprehensive quote. As this is a large ticket item I appreciated the attention to detail and explaining some of the minutiae. I also felt that Justin was a very honest diagnostician.  Finding a reputable company can be challenging in Las Vegas as anyone who has lived here for some time can attest. I am glad I found this company and plan to use their services in the near future.

  • They were on time, professional and friendly
    I asked Legacy to inspect my duct system for leaks and to discuss a split-system.  They were on time, professional and friendly.  They found some leaking which was fixed promptly and at a very reasonable cost.  No upsells or other "fake" issues.  They actually took pictures of the issues and repairs so I was able to review them.

  • Thank you Legacy Air & Junior for keeping our home cool and our dogs safe!!
    Our AC units started blowing hot air out right as an extreme heat warning was sent out.  We originally called another company but with their lack of communication and not making the window time frame they gave us didn't make us happy, so we called Legacy Air.   Their customer service was great and she got us in for the same day.  Communication via text message was on point, and their service tech, Junior came at 3:15pm (window was 3-6).  

    Junior was very efficient with time and clearly very knowledgeable of what he was doing.  He explained everything to my husband.  He got the air working correctly and advised us of what we will need to get fixed when the weather cools down (he was able to replace capacitor of one of our units & fill the coolant in another so that it can make it through the summer, til we can find the leak.   Their prices were fair and we are extremely happy!

  • Highly recommend!
    Abe was professional and knowledgeable and did a great job. Our lower level ac was not running and Abe was able to diagnose that the unit was just fine but the problem was the thermostat. In addition, he noticed the other unit was running a little high on amps and recommended proactively replacing the capacitor. Greatly appreciate his explaining my options in detail and offering recommendations. I am a returning customer of Legacy Air and have always received excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommend!

  • He had everything fixed in less than an hour!
    Fast, and very professional. I called Friday evening and they sent someone out Saturday morning. Mike took the time to explain how our AC unit was set up, and found the issue in minutes. He had everything fixed in less than an hour!

    The last thing you want to deal with during a Vegas summer is the AC shutting down. Legacy Air took care of the issue in a quick and affordable manner.

    Had our dryer vent cleaned yesterday and was amazed how much came out and how badly we needed this done. Dryer is working so much better!! Service was excellent, friendly and professional staff.   • Professional, knowledgeable and careful
    Francisco & Abraham were professional, knowledgable and careful.  

    I was an easy job and simply looking to clean out the ducts of a new home we purchased to ensure air quality.  The home is 20 years old...you never know what is up there in those ducts.  

    These Legacy Air guys were quick, careful with my wall paint as they unscrewed vents, detailed in their cleaning of my vents and kind to answer the countless questions I peppered them with while their machine and fancy spin brush cleaned the ducts.  

    Although my home was not in bad shape as it came to needing to clean out the ducts, Francisco & Abraham gave me the confidence that I had made a good investment with going with Legacy Air and doing this (people don't really think about cleaning their ducts, do they?).  A good investment in knowing the air in my home is up to snuff as it comes to what is blowing through our vents.

    Great experience with Legacy air. When I called to schedule ac maintenance the woman on the phone was very friendly and found a way to squeeze me in with my busy work schedule. I received a couple of reminder texts and emails prior to my appointment which I thought was great. On the day of my appointment I received a call letting me know that the technician would arrive in about 30 minutes, right on time!   • Thanks Legacy for making sure I stay cool this summer. If you looking for someone to work on your A/C etc don't look any further.
    Never failed me. Junior was scheduled for my summer maintenance and still the same amazing service as when Nick came out for my winter maintenance. I hands down love this company. Honest, friendly, reliable, does a 5,000 point inspection lol, takes pictures so you can see the air ducts and coils. I'm still feeling the same about them as I did my first review. Thanks Legacy for making sure I stay cool this summer. If you looking for someone to work on your A/C etc don't look any further. I pay for their maintenance package and its absolutely worth every penny. I'm double the stars to 10.

  • Thank you Legacy Air for saving me a ton of money and getting my unit working again!
    I had another company come out to do a tune-up on our HVAC. They told me I needed a $1500 repair. I didn't trust what they were telling me so I called Legacy Air for a second opinion.

    Legacy Air saved the day and discovered that I just needed a bit of freon added to the system. Afterward everything worked great. Richard, the service tech, was really knowledgable and answered all my questions.

    Thank you Legacy Air for saving me a ton of money and getting my unit working again! I know who I will call from now on if I have an issue with my HVAC.

  • I can't say enough good things about Legacy Air!
    I can't say enough good things about Legacy Air! We called them on Friday at 4:30 for a broken thermostat, and they were able to get a technician over by 5:30 to help out our customer and check out their system. They kept us informed and were very courteous and professional, and their service price was very reasonable. I definitely recommend Legacy Air for all of your HVAC needs.

    These guys are great, they know what they are doing and their service technician Mike was awesome. We have used these guys a couple of times they are fairly priced and do great and thorough work.  We also bought the service agreement, which we believe is also a great deal. This will make sure we don't forget to have our equipment checked and ready for the hot summer months and in the fall for winter. Plus they gave us a couple of other perks. The owner is a super nice guy, which is reflected in the folks he hires. We recommend these guys to our friends and family. Our daughter used them a few years ago when they bought their first house and they did a great job.

  • Excellent, fair and honest company
    Excellent, fair and honest company. First Abe came out to troubleshoot my 25yo AC and found what I suspected, a shorted compressor. Abe and his co-worker were thorough and organized. I knew something was shorted but not certain if it was the compressor. They isolated everything to determine the fault. They gave me some estimates and the 2 replacement systems seemed reasonable but I researched those and other systems on-line and found that the price they quoted was about what I could buy without installation. Both Abe and the tram that installed the system showed up on time and let me know when they were about to arrive. The installation went well and they all were very professional. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone. 5-stars plus.

    I must say shopping for a new unit is a nightmare, after about 6 different vendors I listened to my friend and called Legacy Air. Justin came out went through and over everything, gave me his recommendations and what he thought would be the best for our needs. Answered any and all questions and make the choice for my installer a easy one . Dave the owner has been by several times and I couldn't be more pleased with this company. They made a nightmare turn into a easy ordeal . These guys get shit done. They got a lifetime customer now. Anything I need these guys will be the ones I call. Fast easy and professional . What more can you ask for. They also work around YOUR schedule which is hard to find! Thanks again Dave and Justin! You guys are great!

  • In two years in Vegas we dealt with 2 other companies, and this is by far the best one
    We have only good things to say about Legacy Air and their technician Daveon. In two years in Vegas we dealt with 2 other companies, and this is by far the best one.
    We wish we knew about this company before we spent a good amount of money last year on things we didn't need. Legacy Air will never ever sell you something you don't need and Daveon was a very professional, in time, and he took care of our repairs in record time.
    Initially we wanted to do a tune-up but we also knew that we had a squeaky motor.
    Few days later was changed at a lower price than Angie list estimates. We will stay with Legacy Air for AC tune-up because when you find a company you can trust you have to keep them. I hope that Daveon will come back in spring as he knows now our unit, and he is representing Legacy Air excellent.
